WEEK 7

HANUM: This week we’re learnt about the business plan. Business plan is one of the most important things that a business must have. Without the business plan, a business can go haywire. There are many components in a business plan that must inserted when planning one. Each components are equally important as it tell about the company’s business revenue, expectations, forecast and lots more. This also gives a heads up to the future companies that are interested to conduct a business as they can be prepared for what might happen in the future. Therefore, a business plan is a very important component that a company must have before starting a business.

FARAH: In this week's lesson, I have learnt how to start a business and what I need to do before starting a business by working out a business plan. A business plan is basically the core to every business. It contains all the key elements to a business. The financial plan, list of key partners are all in there. With the business plan, there will be a clearer to what the business will actually be like in real life. Business plans also contains a market strategy, this is a very important part of the business as it will determine whether the business will be a success or not since if consumers are not aware of it, they will not buy it. In a nutshell, a business plan is the first step to setting up business.

AFIQAH: In this week’s class, we learned about Business Plan. A Business Plan is a written document used to explain the business that will be run comprehensively covering analysis, forecast and expectations and the implementation of business strategy. Business Plan plays a big role in planning and starting a new business. It provides an oppurtunity to evaluate ideas and business projects and display the viability of a planned project. Besides, we also learned about the importance of the Business plan and how to prepare it. We were explained about its format and structure. In Business Plan, the most important thing is its executive summary. It is a clear representation of what you can find in the whole Business Plan and it must be at least two pages. It also acts as a ‘road map’ in business, helps us to set goals in our business and become more organized.

HASNA: Today we were learning about business plan. Business plan is important as it help in understanding the meaning and purpose of the business. BP is a written document to explain the business that is to be runned comprehensively covering analysis, forecast and expectations plus implemently or business. we have to follow the  format of BP during in class and every way we go.

FATIN: We learned about business plan today. Business plan is a written document to explain the business that is to be run comprehensively covering analysis, forecast and expectations plus implementation of business strategy. Business plan is important because it provides others the opportunity to evaluate ideas and business projects. It is also used to display the viability of the business project. It also helps someone to assess requirements of business necessities so that the distribution of resources can be done effectively. It is also to provide someone with the realization that there could be future problems associated with the running the projects. We were also taught on how to make our business plan.

 IRDINA:In the 7^th week, the topic covered was about business planning. This topic helped me understand the meaning of planning a business and constructing a plan for a better management. I was able to understand the importance of analyzing a business particularly with objectives and ideas to evaluate. The lecture also helped me get a sense of realization that future problems that are associated with the business could arise throughout the planning. It can be a means of informing others briefly of the insights of the business. The format of business planning was also given in class as a reference to us students. In short, the lecture covered quite a lot in order for us to continue with our project.

  

LUBNA: In this 7^th week, I learnt how to do a business plan. The lecturer gave us guides on 

how to prepare it. I learnt to understand the meaning and purposes of a business plan. I now know that a business plan is very important as a way to explain the business and to provide others information. To add, I also learnt about executive summary and its purpose.
